Businesses talk about having integrity but at Han Law we put that word into action. For instance, as strong advocates of women’s rights in the workplace, we established ‘The Fair Redundancy Pledge’, a campaign aimed at employers to be more transparent about potential redundancies.
We've acted for many individuals (particularly women), who are suffering discrimination in the workplace, and have achieved high financial settlements for them. And with many of our clients suffering from mental health problems when they come to us, we pride ourselves on ‘checking in’ with them (without charge), even if there's nothing legal to update them on.
